Cero Issue #4

With our first anniversary approaching, we've been reflecting on the ways the world has changed since we launched our first issue last June. In many ways, things look bleaker than they were twelve months ago. Vladimir Putin's unprovoked invasion of Ukraine drags on interminably, with horrific civilian deaths multiplying. The Supreme Court stands poised to strike down Roe v. Wade , and along with it decades of incremental progress towards equal rights for all.

In putting this issue together and looking forward to the coming months, however, we have found solace in the fact that so many have refused to give up in the face of so much gloom.
